Decks and the City is an independently produced and community crowd funded feature documentary, exploring the sights and sounds of Adelaide’s nightlife and electronic music scene. Featuring a 100% locally produced soundtrack, this film explores the history, the passions and the obstacles of perusing a career as a DJ, music producer or venue owner in this age of lockout laws. Filmed in and around the streets and venues of Adelaide, this film showcases the city in a way most residents never see, and showcases talent that often step up to the world stage.
